EGR blanking plate for VW 1.9 TDI engines (75/80/90/115 hp)
High-quality stainless steel replacement EGR blanking plate from FMIC.EU. The blanking plate is TIG-welded and profiled to ensure optimal adhesion to the intake manifold. Additionally, it is CNC machined to prevent leaks at the connection point with the intake manifold. The blanking plate features a collar to prevent the cable from slipping along with the clamp.
Using FMIC.EU EGR blanking plates offers numerous advantages: it ensures faster turbine response at low RPMs, eliminates the problem of carbon deposit buildup, often caused by a damaged EGR, and increases airflow.
