Forge Wastegate for Corsa VXR and Astra 1.6 GTC

Forge Motorsport was one of the first manufacturers in the world to design two-piece aluminum wastegates. Originally for Cosworth, Renault 5 GT Turbo, and Lancia Integral Turbo, they quickly developed a wide range.

By installing a Forge wastegate, you can achieve complete and precise adjustment and manage the specific turbo pressure requirements. This product offers improved turbo response and control. It is manufactured with a standard spring suitable for pressures slightly higher than those of the factory turbo. This actuator can be modified with a stiffer spring upon request, for prepared vehicles requiring higher turbo pressures. The wastegate was designed and manufactured to increase turbo pressure. We cannot guarantee compatibility with all models, nor the ability to increase turbo pressure beyond the level defined by the vehicle's engine programming at the time of installation, whether original or modified. A diaphragm setup is the default, but a piston setup is also available. This innovation is exclusive to Forge Motorsport and offers performance similar to the diaphragm, while requiring less maintenance due to the piston's durability.
