Forge Motorsport's high-flow turbo elbow for the Audi RS3 8V Facelift and TTRS 8S (both right-hand and left-hand drive vehicles) replaces the restrictive stock cast aluminium inlet pipe with our smooth-bore, multi-ply silicone hose, increasing airflow, improving efficiency and performance. With 60% more volume than the stock elbow and combined with our FMINLH8 high-flow intake hose, this results in an increase of up to 20HP, as well as an increase in power and torque throughout the rev range, making a noticeable gain for an easy-to-install modification.

The high-flow turbo elbow and intake hose have been specifically designed for ECU remaps (Stage 1) and power close to 600HP. The stock elbow and intake hose do not allow enough air into the turbo inlet, restricting power when customers are seeking higher power and torque. Do not be fooled by exaggerated power claims for aftermarket air filters, as the weak point of the DAZA intake system is the intake hose and turbo elbow. A high-flow panel filter and our intake setup will provide you with all you need. The high-flow intake elbow features a special iron oxide coating to prevent fatigue even under the most extreme conditions.

We have also taken into account the increasing popularity of hybrid turbo conversions for the incredibly powerful Audi DAZA engines, offering 3 different turbo adapters. You can choose your adapters from the drop-down menu with options for standard, TTE625, TTE700 or TTE777/TTE855 couplings.

An excellent addition to the FMINLH8 intake hose is our specially designed thermal reflective tape, which reflects up to 80% of radiant heat, while offering weight savings compared to other reflective materials. The gold reflective thermal barrier requires minimal clearance and is an extremely flexible material with a pressure-sensitive adhesive for easy application and removal. Properly applied, this tape can protect intake components, thereby reducing intake air temperature (IAT) and achieving a more efficient and reliable engine cycle.

The Forge silicone hoses in this kit incorporate a high-quality modified silicone inner liner known as fluorosilicone.

This means the hoses are suitable for use with modern long-life coolants, OAT coolants, or air with an oil mist.

The construction of the hoses has been engineered to exceed that of the OEM fitments and will enhance any engine bay both technically and aesthetically.
