Manufactured on a multi-axis CNC lathe from a single setup
Made of nitrided steel, with a nitrided surface to a depth of ~0.25 mm
Reaches up to 65 HRC across the entire surface, which, unlike induction-hardened products, guarantees wear protection for both the gear teeth and the surface in contact with the crankshaft seal lip. Furthermore, the process is carried out at a lower temperature and does not cause high internal stress or material deformation
