H-beam connecting rods for Toyota Supra 2JZ 3.0L are made from high-strength 4340 steel and designed for high performance and extreme durability. The pin end is reinforced to minimize deformation under high inertial loads, thereby reducing weight. The bushings are made from AMPCO 18 material, which offers excellent wear and fatigue resistance, and feature a radial groove that acts as an oil reservoir. They are shot-peened to relieve material stress and undergo multi-stage heat treatment to increase stiffness. Strict production process tolerances ensure a perfect fit and optimize oil clearances. Flex and twist are strictly controlled. Each connecting rod includes ARP 2000 head bolts with a tensile strength of 220,000 psi; optionally, ARP L19 material with a tensile strength of 260,000 psi can be purchased.
