ZRP I-Beam Connecting Rods for Volvo B5204 / B5234 / B5254

I-beam connecting rods for Volvo B5204, B5234 and B5254 are made from high-strength 4340 steel and designed for high performance, extreme durability and added rigidity. Bushings, made from AMPCO 18 material, provide excellent wear and fatigue resistance, and feature a radial groove for oil deposit. They are shot-peened to relieve internal stresses and multi-stage heat-treated to increase their rigidity. Strict tolerances in the production process ensure a perfect fit and optimize oil clearances. Flex and torsion are strictly controlled. Each connecting rod includes ARP 2000 hex head bolts rated at 220,000 psi; ARP L19 material is optional. The connecting rod kit is supplied with ARP moly oil and full assembly instructions.
