ZRP Connecting Rods for Suzuki Hayabusa 2008-2012

H-beam connecting rods for the Suzuki 1.3L Hayabusa Gen.2 are manufactured from high-strength 4340 steel and designed for high performance and extreme durability. The bushings are made of aluminum-silicon/bronze and feature a radial groove that acts as an oil reservoir. These connecting rods have a grooved pin end that minimizes deformation under high inertial loads while reducing weight. They are shot-peened to relieve material stress and undergo multi-stage heat treatment to increase their rigidity. Strict tolerances in the production process ensure a perfect fit and optimize oil clearances. Flex and torsion are strictly controlled. Each connecting rod includes ARP 2000 head bolts with a strength of 220,000 psi; optionally, ARP 625 bolts at 260,000 psi can be chosen as an upgrade.
