ZRP Mitsubishi 4G63 I-Beam Pro Series Connecting Rods 156 mm L19-Bolts

ZRP Pro Series I-beam connecting rods for Mitsubishi 4G63 EVO 1-9 are manufactured from the finest raw materials (817M40T steel) to cover even the most extreme applications. The C-C length has been increased by an additional 6.00 mm to make these rods ideal for "long rod" applications. 817M40T is a very popular through-hardening alloy steel due to its excellent machinability in the "T" condition. The hardness is in the 248/302 HB range. 817M40T - EN24T can be further surface-hardened to create components with higher wear resistance through induction or nitriding processes. Strict production tolerances ensure a perfect fit while optimizing oil clearances. Bushings are made of AMPCO 18 material for excellent wear and fatigue resistance. Bending and twisting are strictly controlled. Each connecting rod includes ARP L19 rod bolts with a strength of 260,000 psi. Optionally, you can choose the ARP Custom Age 625 material with a strength of 280,000 psi. The complete kit is supplied with ARP moly lubricant and full assembly instructions.
