ZRP H-Beam Connecting Rods for Lancia 2.0L 16v Delta Integrale are made from high-strength 4340 steel and designed for high performance and extreme durability. The center-to-center length has been increased by 4.00mm making them ideal for long rod applications. The pin end is also reinforced to minimize distortion under high inertial loads, thereby reducing weight. Bushings are made of aluminum-silicon/bronze and feature a radial groove that acts as an oil reservoir. They are shot-peened to relieve material stress and undergo multi-stage heat treatment to increase their rigidity. Strict manufacturing process tolerances ensure a perfect fit and optimize oil clearances. Bending and torsion are strictly controlled. Each connecting rod includes ARP 2000 cap fasteners rated at 220,000 psi, optional ARP L19 material at 260,00 psi available as an upgrade, and the entire kit is supplied with ARP molybdenum and comprehensive assembly instructions.
