ZRP Connecting Rods for BMW 3.0L B58 Type I

I-Beam Connecting Rods for BMW B Series 3.0L (B58 Engine) are made from 4340 high tensile steel, designed for high performance, extreme durability, and added rigidity, but are also "lightweight". These connecting rods have a tapered pin end, making them compatible with OEM pistons. The bushings are made from AMPCO 18 material for excellent wear and fatigue resistance and have a radial groove for oil storage. They are shot-peened to relieve material stress and heat-treated in multiple stages to increase rigidity. Tight tolerances in the production process ensure a perfect fit while optimizing oil clearances. Bending and torsion are strictly controlled. Each connecting rod includes ARP 2000 cap fasteners rated at 220,000 psi, optional ARP L19 material at 260,00 psi available as an upgrade, and the entire kit is supplied with ARP molybdenum and full assembly instructions.
