The bushings are made from aluminum-silicon\/bronze and feature a radial groove that acts as an oil reservoir. These connecting rods have a grooved pin end that minimizes pin end deformation under high inertial loads while reducing weight. They are shot-peened to relieve material stress and undergo multi-stage heat treatment to increase rigidity. Strict tolerances in the production process ensure a perfect fit and optimize oil clearances. Bending and twisting are strictly controlled. Each connecting rod includes ARP 2000 cap fasteners rated at 220,000 psi, optional ARP L19 material rated at 260,00 psi available as an upgrade, and the entire kit comes with ARP moly and comprehensive assembly instructions. Additional machining processes: Pin sleeves for a perfect fit and precise reassembly. Flanged cap relief for increased big end integrity in extreme applications. Grooves on the thrust face for weight reduction. ZRP connecting rod technical features: Two-piece forging for high strength. Shot-peened for increased fatigue life. Magnaflux inspection ensures that the consistency of the forged material meets our high-quality standard. Double-ribbed caps for additional support. Multi-stage heat treatment for maximum strength, dimensional stability, and fatigue life. CNC machined for superior tolerances, accurate to 0.0002\". Center-to-center distance is maintained within 0.001\" tolerance. Finite Element Analysis (FEA). Computer-generated stress analysis of connecting rods. Optimal balancing for matched weight sets within ± 1 gram.\u003c\/p\u003e","brand":"ZRP","offers":[{"title":"Default Title","offer_id":56967744258388,"sku":"ZRP-R-BMW-003H","price":953.93,"currency_code":"EUR","in_stock":true}],"thumbnail_url":"\/\/cdn.shopify.com\/s\/files\/1\/1027\/4701\/3460\/files\/R-BMW-003H.jpg?v=1792388824","url":"https:\/\/www.thetunerlab.com\/en\/products\/bielas-zrp-para-bmw-2-5l-m54b25-325","provider":"Thetunerlab","version":"1.0","type":"link"}
