ZRP Reinforced Connecting Rods for Hyundai I30N 146.28 mm x 22 mm

The "Heavy Duty" I-Beam connecting rods for the Hyundai i30N 2.0L engine are designed for high-power applications. Manufactured from the highest quality raw materials, 4340-EN24T high tensile steel, they feature a specially optimized shape for high performance and extreme durability. The straight-cut pin end increases durability, so they should only be used with aftermarket pistons. The bushings are made from AMPCO 18 material, which offers excellent wear and fatigue resistance, and feature a radial groove that acts as an oil reservoir. They are shot-peened to relieve material stress and undergo multi-stage heat treatment to increase rigidity. Strict tolerances in the production process ensure a perfect fit and optimize oil clearances. Bending and twisting are strictly controlled. Each connecting rod includes 3/8" ARP 2000 cap screws with a strength of 220,000 psi. Optionally, 260,000 psi ARP L19 material can be purchased as an upgrade. The complete kit includes ARP molybdenum lubricant and comprehensive assembly instructions.
