JRSPEC Forged Connecting Rods for Toyota 2JZ-GE and 2JZ-GTE
Set of JRSPEC forged connecting rods with I-beam technology for Toyota 2JZ, 2JZ-GE, and 2JZ-GTE.
Made from the highest quality ANSI4340 (EN24) forged steel, with strength exceeding 200 HP per cylinder.
Vacuum degassed before processing.
All forgings undergo radiographic treatment.
Machined (normalized).
Subsequently shot peened (annealed).
Aligned edges.
Each bore has been ground twice (before and after bending), ensuring perfect roundness (tolerance of 0.01mm). Additionally, the connecting rods have been angled with a tolerance of 0.01mm (they are perfectly straight vertically). Many manufacturers show deviations greater than 0.1mm in this regard, which leads to faster wear of the bushings.
Each connecting rod and cap set has its own individual number. The sets are packaged and weight-balanced. FIN is FIN. The caps are reinforced with the highest quality bronze bushings in the piston pin seat.
The connecting rods were tested in the Calibra Tsunami engine with over 1500 horsepower.
