Product details
JRspec forged connecting rods, manufactured with H-beam technology, for Mitsubishi Lancer GSR vehicles with 4G93 engine.
Made of high-quality ANSI4340 (EN24) forged steel, with a resistance of over 200 hp per cylinder.
Vacuum degassed before processing.
All forgings are X-rayed before processing.
Heat-treated (normalized).
After processing, they are stress relieved.
Aligned edges.
Each hole has been honed twice (before and after assembly), ensuring a perfect circumference (0.01 mm tolerance). Additionally, the connecting rods have perfect vertical straightness with a tolerance of 0.01 mm; many well-known brand manufacturers have discrepancies greater than 0.1 mm, leading to premature bearing wear.
Each connecting rod + end kit has its own serial number. The sets are weight-matched and end-to-end balanced. The cylinder heads are reinforced with the highest quality bronze bushings in the rear piston pin position.
The connecting rods have been tested in a Calibra Tsunami engine with over 1500 hp.
