Product details
A set of forged connecting rods from JRspec made in H-beam technology for VAG 1.9TDI 90, 100, 115 HP engines and for 50.6mm crankshaft. They are made of high-quality ANSI4340 (EN24) forged steel, with strength above 200HP per cylinder. Vacuum degassed before processing. All forgings are X-rayed before processing. Heat-treated (normalized). After processing, they are stress-relieved. Aligned edges. Each hole has been honed twice (before and after assembly), which guarantees a perfect circle (tolerance of 0.01mm). In addition, the connecting rods are perfectly straight vertically with a tolerance of 0.01mm; many well-known brand manufacturers have discrepancies greater than 0.1mm, which causes faster bearing wear. Each connecting rod + end kit has its own individual number. The sets are packed by weight and balanced end to end. The heads are reinforced with the highest quality bronze sleeves in the rear piston pin position. The connecting rods have been tested in a Calibra Tsunami engine with over 1500HP. Length: 144mm.
