H-beam connecting rods for Lancia 2.0L 16v Delta Integrale are made from high-strength 4340 steel and designed for high performance and extreme durability. The center-to-center length has been increased by 4.00mm, making them ideal for long rod applications. The pin end is also reinforced to minimize deformation under high inertial loads, thereby reducing weight. The bushings are made of aluminum-silicon/bronze and feature a radial groove that acts as an oil reservoir. They are shot-peened to relieve material stress and undergo multi-stage heat treatment to increase their rigidity. Strict manufacturing process tolerances ensure a perfect fit and optimize oil clearances. Flexing and twisting are strictly controlled. Each connecting rod includes ARP 2000 cap fasteners with a strength of 220,000 psi. Optionally, 260,000 psi ARP L19 material can be purchased as an upgrade. The complete kit comes with ARP molybdenum lubricant and comprehensive assembly instructions.
