ZRP L19 Connecting Rods for Honda F20C HD Series, 146.75mm Length

ZRP "Heavy Duty" De-Stroke series I-Beam connecting rods for the Honda S2000 F20C are designed for high horsepower/supercharged applications. Manufactured from the finest raw materials, high strength 4340 steel with a specially optimized shape for high performance and extreme durability. The “straight cut” pin end increases durability, so they can only be used with aftermarket pistons. Bushings are made from AMPCO 18 material for excellent wear and fatigue resistance, and have a radial groove that acts as an oil reservoir. They are shot peened to relieve material stress and undergo a multi-stage heat treatment to increase stiffness. Strict tolerances in the production process ensure a perfect fit and optimize oil clearances. Bending and twisting are strictly controlled. Each connecting rod includes 3/8" ARP 2000 cap screws with a strength of 220,000 psi. Optionally, 260,000 psi ARP L19 material can be purchased as an upgrade. The complete kit includes ARP molybdenum lubricant and full assembly instructions.
