Product details
I-beam connecting rods for Fiat 2.0L Coupe are made from high-strength 4340 steel and designed for high performance, extreme durability, and added rigidity. The bushings, made of AMPCO 18 material, provide excellent wear and fatigue resistance, and feature a radial groove for oil deposit. They undergo shot peening to relieve material stress and multi-stage heat treatment to increase rigidity. Strict production process tolerances ensure a perfect fit and optimize oil clearances. Flex and twist are strictly controlled. Each connecting rod includes ARP 2000 hex head bolts with a strength of 220,000 psi; optionally, 260,000 psi ARP L19 bolts can be used as an upgrade. The complete kit is supplied with ARP moly oil and full assembly instructions. Additional machining processes
