The Purelux Black X-Slim S180 Gen2 is part of the updated Black X-Slim LED bar series, offering superior quality at an accessible price. The light bar has been improved both externally and internally: the S180 Gen2 now features two different power modes, and the beam pattern has been optimized for even better performance. Thanks to the two power modes, the light bar can be used in both the road-legal mode and the powerful Purelux PowerBoost® mode, designed for off-road use.

Even in road-legal mode, the S180 Gen2 offers significantly more light output than its predecessor. When PowerBoost® is activated, the measured light output reaches up to 1751 lumens, with an impressive measured range of 356 meters at 1 lux for a light bar of this size.

Note: The difference between Purelux PowerBoost® and road-legal mode is clearly noticeable. PowerBoost® is significantly more powerful and should only be used off-road, not on public roads.
The beam pattern of the S180 Gen2 is ideal for dark and winding roads. A powerful, long-range central spot is combined with a wide beam that is evenly distributed to both sides, illuminating the road from end to end. The flat beam profile, created by updated reflectors, ensures that light is not wasted near the vehicle or upwards. The color temperature is 5700 K, providing clear and comfortable visibility.

Thanks to its compact dimensions, the S180 Gen2 is ideal for discreet installations, such as flush mounting in the grille or behind body panels. It is also perfect for installations where two smaller light bars are mounted side-by-side.

Its slim and elegant design is complemented by a black housing and dark optics. The housing is made of powder-coated aluminum and the lens from virtually unbreakable polycarbonate. The frameless design of the lens prevents the accumulation of snow, ice, and dirt on the surface. The light bar is completely sealed against dust and water according to the IP69K standard.
Installation is simple thanks to the DT-2 connector on the power cable. It includes adjustable bottom and side mounts that offer various mounting options. Its wide operating voltage range (9–32 V) allows it to be installed in both 12 V and 24 V systems. The lamp features radio interference protection according to ECE R10. Warranty: 24 months.
