The green injector seats are used in the UIM (primary location) and the black injector seats are used in the LIM (secondary location). Both are required when converting the OEM 16mm injector seat counterbore to 14mm, which is more common with the most popular injector lower o-rings. They simply press fit into the OEM injector bore. They were specifically designed to be compatible with or without the OEM fuel injector diffusers installed.
