Product details
Oil filter adapter for BMW M50 or M52 engines (with or without single VANOS). Installing the adapter instead of the original oil filter housing allows oil to be directed to an external oil cooler. The kit includes a CNC machined PA6 aluminum oil adapter, a specific new M54B30 oil filter, a lower adapter with o-ring, and AN10 oil fittings. The base is equipped with two additional 1/8" NPT ports for oil pressure or temperature sensors. NOTE: Because there are two different types of oil filter housings, the diameter of the housing sleeve must be measured, which can be seen in the last photo. Suitable for competition use, not permitted for use on public roads. For competition use only. Inside diameter: 24 mm.
