The FMIC.Pro oil cooler adapter is a high-quality component of the lubrication system, developed for the new generation EA839 V6 TSI/TFSI engines. Designed for motorsport, tuning, and high-performance engine applications operating under high thermal loads. The body is made of 6061-T6 aluminum, precision CNC machined to ensure a perfect fit, high rigidity, and pressure resistance. The entire surface is coated with a hard anodized finish resistant to oils, fuels, and high temperatures, ensuring its durability in extreme racing conditions.
The adapter allows for the installation of an external oil cooler, improving the thermal stability of the lubrication system and reducing the operating temperature of the oil in high-performance engines. It is equipped with two standard AN10 oil outlets and two 1/8 NPT ports for the installation of oil temperature and pressure sensors. Its construction incorporates a high-temperature Viton O-ring, resistant to oils and fuels.
Designed for sports and modified vehicles that require efficient oil cooling and reliable lubrication under high thermal and mechanical loads.
