FMIC.Pro Oil Cooler Sandwich Adapter for BMW E87 E90 E46 N46
The FMIC.Pro oil cooler adapter is a high-quality component of the lubrication system, specifically designed for BMW N46 engines. Developed for motorsport, tuning, and vehicles where increased oil cooling efficiency and lubrication stability are required under high thermal loads. The adapter body is made of 6061-T6 aluminum, precision CNC machined for a perfect fit, high mechanical strength, and pressure resistance. The surface is coated with a hard anodized layer resistant to oils, fuels, and high temperatures, ensuring long durability in extreme operating conditions.
The adapter allows for the installation of an external oil cooler, effectively reducing the operating temperature of the oil and increasing the reliability of the lubrication system. It features two AN8 oil outlets and two 1/8 NPT ports for connecting oil temperature and pressure sensors. The design includes a high-temperature Viton O-ring, resistant to oils and fuels.
Designed for sports, track, and modified vehicles, where efficient oil cooling and reliable lubrication are crucial under heavy loads.
