The FMIC.Pro adapter for the DSG DQ500 transmission is a precision-engineered mounting component that allows for the installation of an external transmission oil cooler. It is essential for high-power vehicles, where oil temperature increases during dynamic driving, which can lead to overheating, a decrease in performance, or the activation of emergency mode. The adapter body is CNC machined from 6061-T6 aluminum and black anodized for resistance to corrosion, temperature, and high operating pressure. The kit includes AN8 fittings with sealing washers, a high-temperature resistant silicone coupler, and steel clamps for secure attachment.
