Forge turbo actuator for Renault Clio 200RS and Nissan Juke 1.6 Turbo.

Forge Motorsport were one of the first manufacturers in the world to design two-piece aluminum wastegate actuators. Originally for the Cosworth, Renault 5 GT Turbo, and Lancia Integrale Turbo, they quickly developed a wide range.

By installing a Forge wastegate actuator, you can make a full and precise adjustment and manage your specific turbo pressure needs. This product offers better turbo response and control. It is manufactured with a standard spring suitable for pressures slightly higher than the factory turbo. This actuator can be modified with a stiffer spring upon request for tuned vehicles requiring higher turbo pressures. The turbo actuator was designed and manufactured to increase turbo pressure. We cannot guarantee compatibility with all models, nor can we guarantee the ability to increase turbo pressure beyond the level defined by the vehicle's engine management at the time of installation, whether original or modified.

The diaphragm configuration is the default, but a piston configuration is also available. This innovation is exclusive to Forge Motorsport and offers similar performance to the diaphragm, in addition to requiring less maintenance due to the durability of the piston.

This wastegate actuator comes with a yellow spring as standard. If you would like the FMPACTUN spring kit, you will need option 049 and the Type 2 diaphragm. Vehicle compatibility:
