Forge Blow Off Valve for Vauxhall OPEL Corsa 1.4T

Forge Motorsport were one of the first manufacturers in the world to design two-piece billet aluminium blow-off valves. Originally for Cosworth, Renault 5 GT Turbo, and Lancia Integral Turbo, they quickly developed a wide range.

By installing a Forge blow-off valve, you can perform full, precise adjustment and manage the specific turbo pressure needs. This product offers improved turbo response and control. It is manufactured with a standard spring suitable for pressures slightly above those of the factory turbo. This actuator can be modified with a stiffer spring upon request, for prepared vehicles requiring higher turbo pressures. The blow-off valve was designed and manufactured to increase turbo pressure. We cannot guarantee compatibility with all models, nor the ability to increase turbo pressure above the level defined by the vehicle's engine programming at the time of installation, whether original or modified. The diaphragm configuration is the default, but a piston configuration is also available. This innovation is exclusive to Forge Motorsport and offers similar performance to the diaphragm, as well as requiring less maintenance thanks to the piston's resistance.
