Airflow is no accident. Developed entirely with F1-level CFD programs, it's no surprise that so many high-powered MQB cars choose the R600. The enormous airbox and filter surface area are key to this, with an airflow capacity that supports power outputs of up to 600hp without restriction.

The two CFD-optimized front air intakes, extending across the front of the car, help achieve lower intake temperatures and a significant power increase. The huge airbox volume houses the giant domed air filter, with well-thought-out details such as the connection to the original factory drain tube.

The giant airbox is molded in the UK from factory-spec polyurethane (PU). PU provides excellent thermal insulation properties, keeping airbox temperatures low, as well as great durability in all conditions. All factory mounting points are retained for a perfect fit.

The giant domed air filters are hand-built in the UK. RacingLine offers two alternative filters to suit the different needs of each owner. Both filters have twice the surface area of the factory filter, with a rated capacity of up to 600hp and beyond.
